My name is Jessica Johnson. I live in Lincoln with my husband and two children. In my free time, I love to knit, read and have family game nights. I'm a postpartum doula serving Lincoln and surrounding areas. Some of the main tasks I focus on with a family during a postpartum journey are routines and simple household tasks. I’m also a trained yoga instructor so I love to weave in a self care focus time for mom’s as well. Each postpartum journey is unique and should be well supported. This time goes fast and no one should navigate it alone.
