Hi, I’m Bethany, a certified birth doula serving families in Lincoln, Nebraska, and surrounding areas. I am a wife, mom, and adventurer who is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, labor, birth, and those first moments postpartum.

I completed my training through DONA International and hold a Bachelor of Science in English Education with an ESL Endorsement, which allows me to combine education and encouragement as I walk alongside families in their birth journey. I believe birth is something deeply purposeful, and my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions you make for your care.

As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and educational support tailored to your unique needs and birth preferences. Whether you desire hands-on comfort measures, guidance through labor positions, encouragement for your partner, or faith-based support and prayer, I strive to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel safe and never alone.
