I have been working as a birth doula since 2007, when I first trained with DONA International. I am currently certified through Maternity Wise, and continue to broaden my knowledge on all things birth and postpartum.

I am the mother of 4 children, and bonus mother to one. My oldest was born in 2006. I have a beautiful partner, Santiago, and we share a Bernies Mountain dog named Higgins.

I enjoy working out, doing yoga, hiking, and more. I enjoy art, both observing and creating it. My house is usually full of music, and on a Friday night you will find us playing our newest board game or fighting over the UNO house rules.

I love reading and exploring the world through travel. I also enjoy writing.
